That is the fun of it. Tell us their funny habit, catchphrase and hobbies in the hero questions, then list a few more quirks in the 'anything special' field: the snack hoarder, the one who narrates everything. The story is written around those details, and you can adjust any line in the editor.
Is a roast too harsh for a coworker?
No. The book teases with love and never humiliates, so it works for coworkers and bosses as well as partners. If you would rather keep it gentle, say so in your answers and you get all the clone chaos without the teasing.
